Many countries have established safety guidelines to limit exposure to EMF from various sources. These guidelines aim to protect the public from potential adverse health effects.

EMF is emitted from both natural and human-made sources. Natural sources include the Earth’s magnetic field, while human-made sources include power lines, electrical appliances, Wi-Fi routers, and cell phones.

EMF refers to a combination of electric and magnetic fields that radiate from various sources, including power lines, electrical appliances, and wireless devices.

There are two main types of EMF – ionizing and non-ionizing. Ionizing EMF, such as X-rays and gamma rays, has enough energy to remove tightly bound electrons from atoms, potentially causing damage. Non-ionizing EMF, which includes radiofrequency (RF) radiation from mobile phones and microwaves, has lower energy and is generally considered less harmful.
